GO p.l.c., which owns a 51% stake in Cablenet, has chosen Tunisie Telecom as the final preferred bidder for the Company’s shares.
Tunisie Telecom has announced its intention to proceed with a voluntary offer for the issued share capital of the Company to be launched pursuant to Chapter 11 of the Listing Rules issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority (the “Voluntary Bid”).
