Cyprus’ Foreign Minister Nicos Christodoulides raised today concerns about the increase of the size (at 1.11% of EU GDP) and the new financing instruments of the Multiannual Financial Framework 2021-2027, during General Affairs Council meeting in Brussels. The Minister noted the importance of investing in the areas of Research and Innovation, as well as the need for an effective response to the Migration issue.
