President of the Republic, Nicos Anastasiades, has expressed his hope that exhibitions featuring cultural works of art of both communities may allow citizens to both appreciate and accept diversity.
Addressing the inauguration of one such bicommunal ceramics exhibition at the Loukia and Michael Zampelas Art Museum in Nicosia, Anastasiades affirmed his belief that art can, indeed, help bring people together and, as such, assist in the social reconciliation of a potential Cypriot reunification.
