Hellenic Bank Public Company has announced that the Board of Directors, during its meeting held on 6 November 2017, decided to appoint Youssef Nasr as a member of the Board of Directors of the Bank. The appointment is subject to approval by the European Central Bank and will take effect when a Board position becomes available.
