Nearchi Investment PLC has announced the acquisition of Cyprus-based airline Fly Orion Airways Ltd (Orion).
Nearchi has confirmed that after 4 months of negotiation and due diligence it has reached agreement, Subject to Contract, to acquire a 100% position in Orion.
