Tsokkos Hotels Proceeds in Complete Renovation of Four Hotels

Tsokkos Hotels proceeds in complete renovation of four hotels in 2017, three in Protaras and one in Ayia Napa. The three hotels in Protaras will be renovated by the famous interior designer Pericles Liatsou, while the external landscaping renovation will be designed by Marilena Sofokleous of MSLA Landscape Architects.
The renovation of Odessa Beach Hotel 4 * in Protaras includes the public areas, the lobby, the main restaurant, a buffet restaurant and the outdoor pool bar. Additionally, SPA will be a created while there will be an upgrade of the rooms. The hotel is expected to open its doors at the end of March 2017. The Odessa is located in the heart of Protaras and is ideal for couples and families. Built in 1992, the last renovation was in 2011 and has 208 rooms in total (including Suite and Family rooms).
The Anastasia Beach Hotel 4 * is located in Protaras and renovation will include radical changes in landscape, common areas, the lobby, the all day restaurant and the outdoor pool bar. An additional theme restaurant will be created and the rooms will be significantly upgraded. It is expected to open its doors in late March 2017. The Anastasia Beach Hotel is located in Marlita Protaras. It has its own water park and includes 191 rooms. It was built in 1998 and the last renovation was in 2012.
The apartment complex Marlita Beach Hotel Apts in Protaras will be renovated in the exterior. Two themed restaurants will be built while outside pool bar will also get a facelift. Work will be completed in 2017 and the hotel is expected to open in late March. The Marlita beach hotel Apts has 186 apartments. It was built in 1987 and the last renovation took place in 2010.
Radical changes will also be done to the Anmaria Beach Hotel 4 * in Ayia Napa since there will be a renovation of all hotel rooms, gym and Health Club. The renovation is expected to be completed earlier than the other hotels, in January 2017.
The Anmaria beach hotel is centrally located on the Nisi Avenue in Ayia Napa and has 100 rooms. Constructed in 2000, the last renovation took place in 2013.
