The Commission for the Protection of Competition (CPC) has received a notification of a concentration regarding the acquisition of the share capital of the company Genesis Logistics Ltd by JPB Cyprus Holdings Ltd.
As stated, JPB Cyprus Holdings Ltd is a company duly registered under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and operates in the investment sector either directly or through its subsidiaries, including investments in real estate.
At the same time, Genesis Logistics Ltd is a company duly registered under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and operates in the field of transit trade and international freight forwarding and logistics.

Genesis Logistics Ltd announces that it has entered into an agreement with JPB Cyprus Holding Ltd for the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Genesis Logistics Ltd.
